We are now offering personal training sessions! That's right - you get to work one on one with a personal trainer specialist to help reach your goals.
This includes

  • Nutrition advice
  • Meal ideas

 Let's start to build strength and movement into your day. COVID-19 has certainly changed the way we train.  At HIIT30 Fitness we want to see you moving and building strength no matter what obstacles may be in your way. 

With the help from our certified Personal Trainers we can help guide you to health and wellness on your terms. Discounts will apply for 3 and 6 month commitments.
